If you’ve never had BIAB nails before, booking your first appointment can feel a bit daunting - but don’t worry, I’ve got you.
This is exactly what happens when you come to me for BIAB nails in my Torbay salon, so you feel fully prepared and relaxed.

Step 1: Nail consultation
We’ll start by looking at your natural nails and chatting about:
Your nail goals
Your lifestyle
Any previous nail treatments
What finish you want (natural, nude, colour, nail art etc.)
This helps me tailor everything to you.
Step 2: Nail prep
This is where the transformation starts. I’ll:
Remove any old product
Shape your nails
Tidy cuticles
Lightly prep the nail plate
This ensures your BIAB lasts properly.
Step 3: BIAB application
Then the BIAB is applied in layers and cured under an LED lamp.
This is where the strength and structure is built.
You’ll start to see your nails:
Feel stronger
Appear more even
Step 4: Colour or design (optional)
You can keep your BIAB natural or add:
Gel colour
French tips
Nail art
Chrome or seasonal designs
Step 5: Finishing touches
We finish with a top coat for shine or matte, plus cuticle oil to keep everything healthy.
Does it hurt?
No - BIAB should never hurt. It’s a gentle, relaxing appointment. Most clients actually find it really therapeutic.
